Komichel Johnson is the current CEO and founder of Aspire Intown. Aspire Intown provides in-town home owners with the luxury of in-town living. While utilizing contemporary but classic home features, Aspire Intown bestows home owners with their desired living experience.

“I know that as the real estate cycle evolves, there must be necessary changes to ensure success. I operate from the “back to basic” model in the industry; location and careful financial planning. I have been able to exceed the returns of my capital partners and in turn, the capital commitments continue to expand. With careful deal selections and the execution of a refined operations team, the plan is to expand the new construction platform in 2015.”

WHAT I WORKED ON.

Since 1966, CRU Atlanta has been reaching out to young adults with more than 1,300 full-time staff members, CRU affiliates, and local community volunteers. CRU Atlanta is a community filled with like spirits and Christ-centered, maturing believers who are like-minded in a mission and purpose. CRU Atlanta is most efficient when collectively engaging the heart and mind of our Lord Jesus Christ. Without the vitality of a rich intimate relationship with God and firm grasp of His Word, CRU Atlanta’s mission and framework is meaningless.
